Our
Youth Program is for ages between 5 through 9 and our
Junior program is for ages 9 through 13. The Youth program has simplified Hapkido curriculum so that small arms and legs can execute the techniques safely. The Junior program adds more detail to the techniques to prep the student for the adult curriculum. The rank structure in either program is the same, in that a student can work his or her way up from white belt to youth black belt. Once the student reaches an age over 13, the student can move to the adult class.
We also understand that the Home Schooling population has a more flexible schedule than full time, daytime students. To that end we offer two morning Hapkido classes specifically to cater to this group of children under 14. Please ask about our special discount for Home Schoolers.
Finally, being physically is just as important to our young members as it is to our adults. That's why we offer
Kid Fit on Saturdays currently from 11am to 12pm for a flat $5/child. This class takes some of the best workouts from both levels of
Warrior Fitness and packages them into a fun and exciting way for children 5 and over to turn some of that energy into a productive workout. Whether you drop your child off and sneak in some shopping or come in and work out together, this class is fun for all ages.
